Shipping policy

Slugtown Fundraiser Exhibition 2023  

All works donated to the Slugtown Fundraiser 2023, will be included in an exhibition in the gallery, taking place from 3 – 11 November 2023.  As such, all original artworks, prints and editions and publications will not be packed for shipping until after Saturday 11 November 2023.  

ORDER PROCESSING

The gallery and store are open from Thursday – Saturday, and we make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. However we are a small team so please allow up to 7 days for us to pack your order. Expect an email within 7 days to let you know your order is on the way.

STORE PICKUP -  44 Wretham Place, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE2 1XU

Orders can be picked up Thursday – Saturday, from 11–5pm (during exhibitions). An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on size, weight and shipping service. 

Items less than £10 will be sent via Royal Mail Second Class post.

Items between £10 – £1000 will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. 

Buyers of orders of £1000 and over will be contacted via email to arrange a quote for delivery.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Slugtown will ship to any UK and international address. 

At this time, if you would like to ship to an international address, once placing your order we will contact you for a bespoke shipping quote. 

Please note that buyers are responsible for paying any applicable sales tax, duties or other taxes applicable to this translation. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Slugtown is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact.slugtown@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
