Orders

  • We are a small team of 2, and as such please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be processed.

  • As soon as we have shipped your work, you will automatically be provided with a tracking number and details.

  • If you make an order and want to change or add to it, then please email us at info@slugtown.co.uk as soon as you are able to. 

  • Most works will arrive flat-packed, wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and secure packaging. Some larger works will be posted rolled in a tube.

UK Shipping

  • Within the UK we ship via the following:

    Extra large orders or

  • Orders are available for collection from our gallery in Newcastle.


    You will receive an email once your delivery is ready for collection.

International Shipping

  • Yes we ship internationally!

    If you are a customer from outside of the UK, place an order like usual. Owing to the variation in costs shipping internationally, the cart will not add shipping to your order initially.


    Once your order has been placed, we will contact you directly via email with a bespoke shipping quote for your items. This will be payable after the order has been placed.

  • Yes, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay any and all related customs and import charges.

Policies

  • We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 


    In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@slugtown.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
